Free Healthy Start Vitamins Available for Pregnant Women, New Mums and Young Children

Newham Council is offering free Healthy Start vitamins to support the health and wellbeing of young families across the borough.

The vitamins are available to:

• All pregnant women
• New mums with a baby under 1 year old
• Children under the age of 5

Healthy Start vitamins are available to all eligible young families, including families with no recourse to public funds (NRPF). You do not need to be receiving benefits to access this support.

Families can collect their free vitamins on:

📅 Thursday 10 July and Thursday 24 July
🕙 Between 10am and 12pm
📍 Custom House Surgery

This is a simple way to access essential vitamins that help support healthy growth and development for babies, children, and new mums.
