Practice Closure Notice – May Bank Holidays

Please note that the surgery will be closed during the May Bank Holiday on Monday 25th May

To ensure you have sufficient medication, please submit all repeat prescription requests no later than Wednesday 20th May.

If you require urgent medical assistance while the practice is closed, please contact NHS 111. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
