The Surgery is operating a total triage appointment system, using an online consultation tool. This tool is available 24/7 to all patients over the age of 16 years, on the practice website. This can be used for booking routine appointments/telephone calls and general enquiries. A Clinician will aim to contact you within 48 working hours once the form is submitted.
