The line for Urgent appointments will be open throughout.
Alternatively you can use the online consultation tool. This tool is available 7.00am to 10.00am & 2.30pm to 4.00pm Monday to Friday to all patients, on the practice website. This can be used for booking On Day Clinically Urgent Appointments, Routine appointments/telephone calls and general enquiries.
Patient can walk in between 2.00pm to 4.00pm to use the practice facilities to complete online forms, staff is available for assistance.
Please note Sick Certificate is not a medical emergency.

If you require assistance which cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please dial the surgery on 0207476 2255 and you will be connected to the OOH or alternately dial 111 or visit NHS 111 Online for medical advice.
