Please ask for home visits only when the patient is too ill to attend the surgery, if at all possible it is best to come to the surgery where we have better facilities for examination. Requests for home visits should be made before 12pm (noon) if possible. The reception may ask for further details to assist the doctor to assess the need for a home visit.
Out of surgery hours, your call will be referred to the on-call service.
