Holiday Closure Notice: Easter 2025
Please note that our practices will be closed during the Easter holidays on the following dates:
- 18th April 2025 (Good Friday)
- 21st April 2025 (Easter Monday)
To ensure you have an uninterrupted supply of medication, kindly submit your medication requests no later than 6:30 PM on 15th April 2025.
In case of urgent medical assistance during our closure, please dial 111.
For emergencies, dial 999 immediately.
Online Forms
Online forms are available Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 5:00pm
Due to the high demand for Appointments we have to change the opening times and closing times in order for us to process all forms clinically appropiate.
At times the online forms will not be available due to demand exceeding our maximum daily capacity.
Patients can walk call Monday to Friday between 2pm - 4pm using extension 8 if you require support to complete the online form.
Staff will be happy to assist you to complete the forms or during our less busy periods.
