New Patient Registration takes places daily between 11.15am and 3pm. We are also able to offer registrations between 5.30pm and 6pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.
To register, please attend during the above times. Please bring with you your proof of address (to ensure that you are living within our catchment area), details of your previous GP and your NHS number if you have this. Patients under the age of 16 should also bring details of their Childhood Immunisations.
We would like all new patients, above the age of 5, to attend a New Patient Medical carried out at dedicated times by the Nurse. This is very helpful in giving us sufficient initial information about each new patient. Children under the age of 6 weeks will be invited for Child Health Surveillance, please bring their Immunisation booklet to their first consultation.
We have male and female doctors at the Practice. We will try to accommodate a doctor of your choice however this may not be possible if you need to be seen straight away, depending on availability. It is the patient's responsibility to attend on time for their appointment and to cancel any appointments that have been booked but are no longer needed.
